We MUST KNOW if your cleaning is post-construction, post-hoard, or heavily lived-in to properly evaluate the job and assign the correct team and time. If this information is withheld or inaccurate, we may need to reschedule to ensure the service can be completed properly. Additionally, if the home has pets and has not been reported the pet charge will be added to ensure proper time to complete the job to a satisfactory level.
Please note that blinds are NOT included in deep cleans or move-in/move-out cleanings. This ensures customers aren’t charged for tasks that may not apply to their home. Please add the desired amount of sets to be cleaned below!
When booking, please select your home’s accurate square footage. We verify listings through trusted sources such as Zillow and Redfin to ensure proper crew sizing and timing. If the selected square footage is inaccurate, we’ll adjust it accordingly.
> Note: Garages, patios, and similar areas do not count toward square footage unless HVAC is connected.
A move out clean entails ALL tasks of a deep clean PLUS a cleanup of all appliances and cabinets/drawers inside and out (must be empty!). If you are looking to get your deposit back we are happy to work with your property manager.
We are not guaranteed availability on specified time and date. We will do our best to accommodate and get a spot as close as possible.
Plan ahead! If you have an upcoming event please request a booking in advance so that we may schedule you at a most convenient time.
PLEASE BOOK FOR APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF SQ FT! If the amount needing to be cleaned is larger than the amount booked the quality will suffer and/or the job will be incomplete. We DO NOT guarantee cleanings if the proper amount of sq ft is not booked (rough estimate is fine!).
CLEANLINESS OF THE HOME GREATLY EFFECTS EFFICIENCY! If cleaning technicians are picking up a great deal in order to get to the surfaces that need to be cleaned this will lower the amount of sq ft that can be cleaned on average. All estimates are based off a picked up home with average build up.
MAX 8 HOURS OF CLEANINGS CAN BE SCHEDULED ONLINE ON ONE DAY! If your home, business, or the area in need of cleaning is larger than what we have listed please contact us! We are still the right company for you! 🙂
CALCULATED BASED ON CUMULATIVE MAN-HOURS! We will provide the 8 hours of labor at the costs listed below. The company may send more than one cleaner. The total hours worked between multiple employees will add up to the amount purchased.
