Mid City Cleaning of Baton Rouge LLC provides professional residential and/or commercial cleaning services within Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and surrounding areas. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds are not provided once services have been rendered, as labor, staffing, scheduling, and operational costs are incurred regardless of outcome. However, we stand behind our work and are committed to client satisfaction. Any service concerns must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of completion to qualify for resolution. When reported within this window, we are happy to return and address documented issues at no additional charge in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee.

Client acknowledges and agrees that all cleaning services are performed in accordance with accepted industry standards and are not intended to achieve or represent a condition of perfection. Client further acknowledges that cleaning services are limited to the removal of dirt, dust, and debris, and do not include the repair, restoration, or remediation of damage, wear and tear, staining, or other pre-existing conditions. Client further acknowledges that any inspection conducted by a landlord or property manager is inherently subjective and may be based on standards or expectations beyond those of the Company. Accordingly, the Company makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the return of any security deposit or the avoidance of cleaning or related charges imposed by a landlord or property manager, and shall not be held liable for any such determinations or outcomes.
